Trainee's Guide

Tainees may proceed with lessons for their respective level in sequential order. All lessons are arranged in a similar format with Grammar Practice, Online Search, Typing Practice and Extra Practice.

Grammar Practice activites should be repeated until 80-90% accuracy is acheived.

Online Search assignments should be done independently, that is, without asking others where to search or what to search for. Often, one will need to find links on the page provided to locate specific information.

Typing Practice should be done in sequential order. It is best to type slowly and carefully while keeping both hands at the keyboard and looking at the computer's monitor display, not one's fingers.

Extra Practice is not a key component of the lesson and should be done only when one has completed the other activities. Those who finish the other exercises quickly should use any spare time to do the Extra Practice.
